The architect of the universe gives enough opportunity to all the inhabitants to exercise their free will to realize dreams that are in harmony with natural laws. PS:There are exceptions also eg a child born in a brothel or detention camp rarely gets to exercise his free will for lack of early grooming so essential to realize our true potential.
A question for which I have been searching answers for a long time and still not sure.However I believe You reap what you sow.There is no destiny or fate.Although alchemist is a great book :)
Taking recourse in 'destiny' when one is mentally/ emotionally down can work wonders. At the same time, knowing that you can effect a change by exercising your free-will really boosts the spirits. I guess its all in the mind...

Well...That's a tough one..But personally I believe that its destiny.....
That should not be a dampener for free-will though !
